Onboard new students and assign batches, tutors and mock schedules
Monitor attendance, mock completion and at-risk students
Collect feedback after milestones and escalate issues to branch leads
Maintain accurate records across branches in the CRM
What we're looking for
2+ years in student services, ops or customer success
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Empathetic communicator comfortable on phone and WhatsApp
Nice to have
Experience with education or coaching centresBasic CRM or spreadsheet automation
