1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a contract between you and Neiman Education (“Neiman”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use our website, register or enrol in a course or test, use the Neiman Study Portal, book an appointment, apply for a scholarship, or request study abroad support. By doing any of these you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your enrolment.

2. Our services

We provide coaching for IELTS, PTE, NAATI, OET, CELPIP and related English and test preparation, practice tests and feedback through the study portal, and counselling and application support for studying abroad. Course content, schedules, tutors, branches and delivery mode (in person or online) may change where reasonably necessary. We will tell you about material changes.

3. Registration and accounts

You must give accurate and complete information when you register, enrol or apply, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your portal login and for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

One enrolment is for one student. Seats, accounts and course access cannot be shared, resold or transferred without our written agreement.

4. Fees and payment

Course, test-preparation and service fees are those stated at the time of enrolment or in your written confirmation. Fees must be paid by the due dates shown. We may suspend access to classes or the portal while payment is overdue.

Fees charged by third parties, such as official test registration fees, university application fees, visa fees and courier charges, are separate and are set by those organisations unless we state otherwise.

5. Cancellation, transfer and refunds

Cancellation, batch transfer and refund eligibility are governed by the terms stated at enrolment and any refund policy we publish. Unless that policy says otherwise, fees for classes already attended, materials already provided, portal access already used, and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are not refundable.

If we cancel a course or batch, or cannot deliver it for reasons within our control, you may choose a refund of the unused portion of the fee or a place in another batch. If a class is disrupted by events beyond our reasonable control, we will reschedule it where possible.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@neimaneducation.com. Approved refunds are paid by the original payment method where practical.

6. No guarantee of results

We teach and prepare you to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee any particular test score, university admission, scholarship, or visa outcome. Results depend on your effort, attendance, starting level and decisions made by third parties such as test providers, universities and immigration authorities. Success stories and score statistics on our site describe past students and are not a promise of your result.

7. Study abroad and scholarship support

Our study abroad service is advisory and administrative. We help you choose options and prepare and submit applications you ask us to make. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions belong solely to the university, scholarship body or government concerned. Information about institutions, fees, entry requirements and rules is provided in good faith, can change, and should be checked against the official source before you rely on it.

You must give us true, complete and authentic documents and information. Submitting false or altered documents may lead to rejection by the institution or authority, and we may stop acting for you.

8. Study portal and AI-assisted practice

Practice tests, AI-assisted scoring and feedback on the Neiman Study Portal are learning aids. Practice scores are estimates only and are not official IELTS, PTE or other external test results, and may differ from the score you receive on test day. Portal features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the work you submit.

9. Student conduct

You agree to treat tutors, staff and other students with respect, and not to: harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone; disrupt classes; record or broadcast classes without permission; use another person’s account; cheat, impersonate another person, or use the portal or our materials to help anyone cheat on an official test; attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

We may warn, suspend or remove a student who breaches these rules. Where the breach is serious, fees may not be refunded.

10. Intellectual property and test confidentiality

All course materials, lessons, recordings, practice questions, software, designs, logos and website content belong to Neiman or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, publish, sell, or distribute them, in whole or part, without our written permission.

Official test items and answers are the property of the test provider. You must not share or publish any real test content you see on test day, in line with that provider’s rules. Names and trademarks of IELTS, PTE, NAATI, OET, CELPIP and universities belong to their owners; their appearance on our site does not mean endorsement unless stated.

11. Your content and use of images

You keep ownership of the work you submit, such as essays, recordings and documents. You give us permission to use it to provide the service, give feedback, and improve our teaching and tools. With your separate consent, we may feature your name, photo, score or testimonial in our marketing. You can withdraw that consent for future use by contacting us.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Website use and third-party links

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes. Information on the site is general guidance and may be updated without notice. We try to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available or free of faults. Our site may link to websites run by universities, test providers, payment services and others; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for loss of opportunity, admission, scholarship, visa, income or profit, or for indirect or consequential loss; we are not liable for acts or decisions of third parties such as test providers, universities and government authorities; and our total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service concerned.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to classes, the portal or other services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or give false information. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue after termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Material changes will be notified through the website, email or the portal. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not alter the fees or refund terms of an enrolment already confirmed unless you agree.

17. General

These Terms, together with your enrolment confirmation and any policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us on their subject. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law gives you other rights. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
